Suppliers participating in procurement activities must meet the following conditions

(1) Basic qualifications

1. Ability to bear civil liability independently;

2. Have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

3. Having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;

4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

5. No major disciplinary violation record in business activities within three years;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations。

(2) Specific qualifications

1.Having grade II or above as professional contractor of fire protection facilities。(Provide a copy of the certificate affixed with the official seal of the supplier, and check the original when signing the contract)

2.Vendor at social Fire Technical Services Information System (http://shhxf.119.gov.cn/templet/index_7.JSP) in the query results must include fire facilities maintenance testing (provide inspection web page print, with official seal)。

Manner or matter:

(I) The supplier shall use the "Line Buyer" platform (http://www).gec123.Com) to register as a platform provider。

(II) All suppliers who intend to participate in the bidding, please download the bidding documents, drawings, addenda and other project materials published before bid opening on the platform of "Bank Buyers". No matter whether the suppliers get or download them, they are deemed to have known all the bidding contents。

(3) Each supplier shall pay the purchase fee of bidding documents to the purchaser at the place of bidding (bid opening) when submitting the bidding documents。

(4) Complete the registration and submit the bidding documents on time in accordance with the requirements of the procurement announcement。
